「I booked this hotel last minute while driving from Aveiro and sent a message through Expedia to let the hotel know we’d be arriving late. Unfortunately, our rental car got a flat tire, and we were stranded for hours, finally arriving around 4:00 a.m. I also called the hotel using the tow truck driver’s phone, but no one answered. 「The front desk and people who run the hotel were beyond rude and unkind- spiteful might I add. The standard apartment they offer, had mold and damages everywhere. Clearly could tell they lack upkeep and real hospitality training there. All around was an awful experience.」

As was the full size fridge and large drying rack. Each room had a large balcony off of it. The best part was the massive buffet for breakfast that was included! Would definitely return.」

「The check in process was smooth and front desk staff was helpful. My room was clean and came with a free bottle of water. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel has a pool and outdoor bar. Food at the bar was just okay. It was difficult to get Ubers from Carvoeiro to Portimao and Praia da Rocha, so keep that in mind if that’s where you’re planning to spend most of your time.」
