Good Hotel

Good hotel, very friendly staff, clean, hairdryer didnt work but they brought me another one. Would have liked a view but as only 3 nights no big problem

Great stay

We were super close to everything. Stuff (Samet bey) was very helpful and friendly. Room was big enough and nice windows. Good location. Close to river walk and restaurants. Shower was really good. Only soap included. Parking was close and easy. The only bad thing is the bed was two individual mattresses and it split down to middle. Very awkward to sleep. We fell down the middle . Overall great stay.

Great stay.. comfortable room.. the wifi constantly goes in and out or doesnt work... the pub was great.. but super smoky.. if the want westerners business they should limit the smoking outside.. we would have stayed and drink more.. but couldnt in the cloud of smoke.. they offer bothing no coffee no tea.. and very left early .. no breakfast.. probably will go elsewhere next time.. the evening staff was not pleasant.

I stayed in the room that was advertised as soundproof and, unfortunately, it wasn't. I couldn't sleep because of the guests and staff walking in the hallway. The interior design has its rustic charm until you see furnishings that are straight-up broken, like the side mirror in the bathroom. The shower itself is a drencher, firmly attached to the wall -- women beware :) Even though the room was titled 'business suite', I didn't find it suitable for work: the only object that could serve as a desk was occupied by the TV, the power outlet hung loose off the wall, plus the aforementioned lack of soundproofing all make it bearable if you use your room as a place to crash after a day of sightseeing. When I first walked in, the desk was wet, and the room stank of pure bleach. I understand that hygiene is essential, but they do make scented cleaning products these days. The room, though stated as a non-smoking one, had an ashtray on the coffee table and those with sensitive noses will notice the lingering trace of smoke in the room. I'm a smoker myself but I found it mildly unpleasant that the room doesn't live up to its description. On the bright side, the reception managers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All in all, this place was not bad for the price, but it was disappointing to see how many of its own descriptions it had violated. Stay if you don't have high hopes.

Otelin konumu gerçekten harikaydı; her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün ve ayrıca çok yakınında tramvay durağı bulunuyor. Personel son derece yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü, tüm taleplerimize hızlıca yardımcı oldular. Odalar standart ve temizdi. Bavullarımızı bırakmamıza izin veriliyor ve odalar hazır olduğu için bizi erken check-in konusunda da memnuniyetle desteklediler. Genel olarak çok rahat ve keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.

Otel çok eski , evet konumu iyi ama halıflexler çok pisti. Yataklar yattığınızda çöküyor. Çift kişilik yatak istedik ama 2 tane tek kişiliği birleştirmişler. Çalışanlar inanılmaz güleryüzlü, Fiyatına göre iyi denebilir ama geneli iyi değil.

Gayet temiz, resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar da gayet güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otele ait 6-9 aracılık bir park yeri var, otele gelmeden ararsanız tarif edip sizi karşılarlar. Çünkü eskisehirde otopark işi merkez taraflarında biraz sorun oluyor. Biz ilk geldiğimizde aracımızı belediyenin katlı otoparkına koymuştuk ancak defalarca kez gir çık yapmak parasal açıdan mantıksız olur. Otel kesinlikle tekrar gidilesi bir yer.
