Poor staff

Poor staff, at breakfast was ignored while a mover of staff looked at YouTube on phone ignoring serving me. Rooms are OK, but heating was full on and way too hot. Opening windows to cool down and you get lots of noise.

Staff needs to be better trained

Hotel now called Hangover. Staff were not component, but in end did try and resolve issues. Front rooms are very noisy. Hotel was way too hot in January, radiators should be set to cool temperature during day as took ages to cool room. Breakfast needs to be improved, it's not self serve but have no menus!!!!!!

Üzüntü Verici Bir Deneyim ve Hayal Kırıklığı

Grand Namlı Hotel, eşim,çocuğum ve annem ile birlikte daha önce konakladığımız ve memnun kaldığımız bir aile oteldir. Normal ve temiz bir oda, güzel bir kahvaltı, merkezi bir konum. Misafirlerimizi de ağırlamak için oteli tekrar tercih ettim. Ama ilk giriş bir şok oldu. Bir hafta önce rezervasyon yapmama ve iki gün önce otel tarafından aranarak teyit edilmesine rağmen, Bize yan taraftaki aparttan iki oda verdiler. Aparttaki odadan resepsiyonu aradığımızda, Bize söyledikleri sebep otele grup girişi olduğu ve kesinlikle yer kalmadığı. Ayrıca oda bedelini çekmedikleriydi. Resepsiyona tekrar gittik ve bu apart odaları istemediğimizi, biz iki otel odası satın aldığımızı ve ödemesini 14 Eylül'de kredi kartı ile yaptığımızı söyledik. Yer yok diyenler bize iki otel odası verdiler. Biz bu yaşananlara rağmen otelde konakladık ve yinede memnun ayrıldık. Bize ve misafirlerimize bu yaşattıkları hiç hoş olmadı.

Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Rezervasyon esnasında sigara içilmeyen oda istememe rağmen , verilen oda kıraathane gibi sigara kokuyordu ve içeriye sinmişti. Durumu resepsiyona belirtmemize rağmen 30 dk ne gelen ne giden oldu kontrol için.Daha sonra ısrarlı olunca da yapacak bişi yok denilip sprey sıkalım denildi. Oda değiştirme talebim üzerine tek kişilik bir odaya alındık iki kişi olmamıza rağmen. Odalarda şahsi kullanım malzemeleri de tek kişilikti. Halbuki rezervasyonumu ve ödememi 9 gün önce yapmıştım, şikayet ettiğim anda yan oda boşken başkasına verildiği söylendi.2 günlük tatilimiz rezil olmasın dedik kabullendik odaya geçtik.bitti mi bitmedi. banyo tam bi rezaletti. Hijyen sıfırdı. Duşakabin kapısı elimizde kaldı.duş gideri tıkalıydı ve Sonucunu söylemeye gerek bile yok.2 günlük tatilimizi erken kesip bir gece konaklayınca otelden ayrıldık.Resepsiyonist mehmet bey yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama alt yapıları çok zayıf olduğu için elinden bişi gelmedi. Bir tavsiye olarak şunu belirteyim.Resepsiyona bu işe hakim çalışanlar konulursa isabet olur.

Otel, şehir otelciliği olarak Orta seviyede. Kalınır mı derseniz "kalınır" fakat yıllardır Eskişehir'de markalaşmış bir otelin vasat ve insan ilişkilerinden yoksun yöneticileri bu otelin sonunu getirecek bence. Odayla ilgili bir sorunum oldu, geldik bunu eşimle resepsiyona söyledik "olabilir" diyorlar. "Biz yokken odamız kullanılmış, kibritler yakılmış banyodaki çöpe atılmış" diyoruz, verdikleri cevabın "bakalım beyefendi, nasıl yardımcı olabilirim" gibi yapıcı bir şeyler olmasını beklerken, gayet suçlayıcı "önceden kalmış olmasın (bu sanki daha büyük kabahat değil de...), emin misiniz olduğuna, teknik ekip arıza gidermişti belki onlar yapmıştır (teknik ekip odama giriyor -ki bu sırada eşyalarım odada- ve kibrit yakıyor yani ). Yaklaşım tamamen durumun çok normal olduğunu dayatma yönünde ve hiç yapıcı değildi. Tuvalet temiz filan değildi. Klozete 2 fırça atmışlar "sizin için temizlenmiştir" bandını geçirmişler. İki kişilik yatakları bence dar. Otelde en azından 160 cm'lik genişlikte yataklar kullanılmalı artık. Ücretsiz kahve ve çay odada ikram ama 1 bardak koyulmuş. İki kişilik odaya 1 bardak mantıksız. Zaten kaşık bir önceki misafirden kullanılmış bırakılmış yapış yapış bir halde idi. Otelin 2 tane olumlu yönü var. Bir tanesi konumu diğeri de kahvaltısı. Restoranda herhalde personel yetersiz. Ben kahvaltıma başlarken 3 masada tabaklar duruyordu. Kahvaltımı bitirdim o 3 masadaki tabaklar duruyordu hala. Üzücü.
