Lovely hotel

The hotel couldn't find our booking at first but they went the extra mile and got us registered and even upgraded our room. Very pleased with this stay.

Mycket trevlig tjej vid incheckningen. Tydlig information om staden och välkomnande, tack krullis! Rummet var ren och sängen bekväm. Kaffe och tilltugg tillgänglig i lobbyn. Dock snålt utbud när det gäller frukost. Det borde finnas glutenfri alternativ med tydlig text. Det är viktigt! Annars ligger hotellet några steg ifrån tågstationen och busshållplats. Shopping centrum och restauranger jätte nära.

Stort rum. Väldigt liten TV. Nästan omöjligt att ligga i sängen och titta på text TV. Nästan omöjligt att få igång tv:n. Fick be personalen att förklara hur fjärrkontrollen fungerade. De lyckades efter cirka tio minuter få igång tv:n. Väldigt dåligt ljud på TV:n dessutom.

Överlag positivt. Hjälpsam och trevlig tjej som försökte få igång den strejkande bastun. Rummet var stort och fint, högt i tak och med både skrivbord och fåtöljer. Dock var sängarna oerhört smala, bara 80 cm. Badrummet luktade avlopp när vi kom, men lukten gav med sig. Frukosten var helt ok. Personalen i köket började dock plocka undan frukosten redan strax före kl 9 trots att den skulle serveras fram till 9.30. Då jag påtalade detta sa hon att hon bara fyllde på inför nästa dag. Detta var dock inte sant då hon redan ställt undan de olika flingorna i ett skåp. Jag hade gärna velat ta mer, men ville inte öppna skåpsluckor dit jag inte har tillträde. Detta drar tyvärr ner helhetsintrycket.

Ganska slitet rum och dåligt städat; hår i duschen och en halvanvänd tvål i tvålhållaren. Det var dock väldigt tyst fast hotellet ligger mittemot tågstationen. Bra frukost och trevlig stämning, inga köer. Prisvärt boende.

Vi kommer tillbaka!

Väldigt nöjd med rummet, önskade utsikt mot jvst och högt upp och det fick vi. Nästa gång vill vi ha balkong mot samma vy. :-) Badlakan fanns och en "trampmatta" till badrummet men vi saknade handdukar och glas. Sköna sängar och täcken men kuddarna var inte sköna, borde bytas ut.
