We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. 「We booked a night after our flight was delayed overnight and needed emergency accommodation. Were amazed at how clean and spacious it was. It was comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge balcony.」

「The location of the hotel in the city centre is excellent, and the (password-protected) internet connection worked smoothly during the entirety of my stay. The room was smaller and quite dated, but it had all the necessary infrastructure, including a fridge and even a small balcony.
