「 Bonjour.Nous avions pris un appartement hôtel d’après le descriptif il devait y avoir une bouilloire qui ne se trouvais pas dans l'appartement.Ensuite pour un appart hôtel il n'a jamais été précisé qu'il était entièrement vide aucun ustensile de cuisine alors que dans les apparts de la concurrence il y a toujours les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous devions louer les ustensiles.Ensuite l’éclairage extérieur pour arriver a l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas. 「Nice hotel, we booked 2 rooms one for 2 adults and one for rest of the family, but standard rooms are not ideal for 2 adults and a child. All staff except the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, sadly each of the receptionists that we encountered had a strange attitude towards customers requesting support. Food very good and a great variety, pool area and bar teams were great with families.」
