「there is a new side and an old side to the hotel. We stayed on the old side. There was a very large spider in our room. There were cobwebs on light fixtures in the bathroom corners. The staff was excellent and attentive. I am gluten-free, and they did try to make accommodations. They did have rules for me. But not much for me to eat. 「Lovely hotel, Great location less than 2miles from Bergerac Airport. Gentleman on reception Welcoming, Friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed (spoke perfect English also). We had two Superior Themed Rooms which were beautifully decorated. We did have an issue with one of the rooms previous guest smoking in. Gentleman on reception sorted it out straight away, offering us two other rooms to choose from and was more than apologetic and helpful. Board Game themed rooms which were...
