「Toilet not functioning. Room was untidy. Staff did not understand English.」

「A wonderful stay! Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel manager, Gianluca is the kindest person and made us feel so welcome. If we com back to Ibiza we will definitely stay here again - and would recommend to anyone - 10/10! 」

「Appartement was netjes, maar erg gedateerd. Bedden hard. Personeel was erg vriendelijk, maar vond de hele uitstraling niet echt top. Bij het zwembad ook geen gezelligheid of iets. Jammer want valt veel meer van te maken. We na 2 dagen schone handdoeken en schoon opgemaakte bedden dat vonden we dan wel super.」

「I also didnt want to leave an amazing review as i dont want this place to be as popular. The staff on arrival were so welcoming and helpful and as a solo traveller this is always a bonus. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and just beyond that is the sea. Perfect weather and views all round. The food and drinks at the bar are so reasonably priced and both excellent. Special thanks to Ana she is amazing and also Mario for making me feel so at home.」

「Perfect for clubbing life」

「My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very comfortable. We went in March so it was fairly quiet in the area. The staff were kind and very helpful. Our room was clean and bright with lots of windows. There wasn’t much privacy in the bathroom with glass walls and doors so it would be best suited for solo traveller or close couples. 」

「The staff were amazing! Made our stay. Ana the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and rooms were clean great! If you’re staying in a Concept hotel you can use the pools of the other hotels which is great they’re very close to each other and the music at Romeo’s is not great. For in with the theme of the hotel though so understand why. Would 100% stay at this hotel again or any of the concept hotels. 」

「Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out. Sea view room is very cool too. Housekeeping really brings the overall stay experience very mediocre, because: 1. the dishes and water glasses were not cleaned everyday. We stayed there 4 nites and have accumulated several dishes and glasses at the sink. 2. bed sheets were not made properly. 1st half is out of the mat...
