「The check-in staff are not on site. Communication with the hotel is basically non existent. If it wasn't for a friendly cleaning staff to let me in and give me the keys, I don't know what I would have done. The building is behind closed and locked iron doors, and the cleaning staff only knew I was there because I had to shake the door violently and cause a disturbance. Communication with the hotel is terrible.」
