「Das Hotel ist modern, schön, sauber und hat eine spektakuläre Lage, direkt an einem schönen Strand und in der Nähe von zwei weiteren fußläufig erreichbaren Stränden. Das Zimmer im 5. Stock mit guter Aussicht, immer super sauber. Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht. Die positive Überraschung, die Getränke waren inklusive. 「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」
