Otel yeni ve çok temiz. Yemekleri çok güzel. akşam yemeğinden sonra kahvaltıdan sonra Restaurant bölümde arkadaşlarınızla sohbet edip çay içebilir oyunlar oynayabilirsiniz. Kayak merkezine 300-500 metre uzaklıkta. Kayak merkezine otelin sevisi mevcut. Kişi sayısına bakılmadan talep edildiği taktirde kayak merkezine araç ile bırakıyorlar. Ancak otelin en büyük eksikliği bana göre havuz ve spa bölümünün mevcut olmaması. Bunun dışında otel genel olarak mükemmel denilebilir

Hotel was a great experience. Amazing breakfast and authentic Turkish hospitality. I would definitely love to come back and stay and recommend to others visiting Turkey. The hospitality of the staff especially Zeynep Sultan, Efendi Mitat and Efendi Firat was amazing.

This is our this is our third stay here. We love the value and cleanliness of this property. Great breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. They need to put safes in the rooms.

We liked it here so much that we stayed an extra night. The checkin was fast and efficient, the rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was large and comfortable, the breakfast was very complete and delicious with local flavors like the Erzurum green cheese. The decor was cosy and modern at the same time. The location is only a 2 minute drive from the ski center. The views are also spectacular (specially at night). My two gripes were that they did not have an in-room safe and the internet password was your passport number (birthdate or another number would be easier to remember). I want to single out the kitchen staff who was so kind and shared their recipe for Suzme and fermented cabbage with me❤️

nice stay in Erzurum
Hotel is new and rooms are big and comfortable. Beds are also very comfortable and large. Staff is kind and speak english (it doesn't happen often in Turkey out of turistic places). Breakfast offers a full range of food and drinks of good quality. It is located out of the city center, so it is more quiet and no problems for the parking

Dont recommend
I booked my room online few hours in advanced and paid with my visa card and got the confirmation . When I arrived there , the so called manager made me wait and argued with me for almost 2 hours , saying we dont have the room that I booked , he made us waiting with my 1 year old son , we were very tired and i was about calling the police. Very weak management , do not recommend at all.

zincir otellerden daha iyi bir otelle karşılaştık.
özellikle mimarisi ve dekorasyonu çok güzel. odaların geniş ve ferah olması etkileyici. Temizlik 10 üzeinden 10 puan . internet üzerinden tercih ederken soru işaretlerimiz olmasına rağmen , gittiğimizde karşılaştığımız otel, genelin aksine internet görsellerinden çok çok daha iyiydi. Tüm otel kadrosuna teşekkür ederiz.

This is a new build. There are no obsolete items. The building architecture is nice, but it is not made of luxury materials. I was very satisfied with the cleaning. The staff of the hotel was positive, I was satisfied with the food. There was a minibar in our room but it was empty. There was no safe box in the room. Overall I was satisfied.

Excellent service, large rooms, delicious buffet, helpful and well trained staff. Hotel is so nicely decorated like design hotel. Hotel is very convenient for winter sports. It is only 2 minutes away of Palandoken Ski center. Free shuttle to lift station. I never wait more than 3-5 minutes for shuttle. I stayed 8 nights. I strongly recommend. I will come next year again.

Konumu itibariyle Palandöken kayak merkezine yakın. Kayak merkezine istenildiği anda araba ile transfer gerçekleştiriliyor, istenildiğinde yine aynı şekilde otele geri dönüş mümkün. Telesiyeje otelden araç ile 1-2 dakikada ulaşılıyor. Odalar temiz ve geniş. Nitelik ve sunum olarak kahvaltı çok iyi. Personel ilgili ve kibar. Ailece çok memnun kaldık.
