Search Motels in Ershui Station

"I tried to book another night and hotel insisted on us checking out first from current room, wait in the lobby for 5 hours until 4 pm to check into the new room (despite of the fact that some rooms were cleaned, vacant and available for immediate occupancy). This hotel offers me an alternative option which was to pay $1000 per hour for late check out from current room from 11 am to 4 pm (5 hours = NT $5000) so I can stay in my room until the new room is ready. This policy is in contrary to my prior experience traveling all over the world. I do not appreciate the profit driven policy that results in poor customer service. I was so frustrated and confused with their policy so I ended up booking with another hotel instead."
