「New hotel. No power in room when I got there. Had to call front desk to fix. They did immediately No coffee in the room? I think it will improve. Very clean roomy」

「I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.」

「Cozzy and beautiful room」

「This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.」
