We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The room was fantastic- large and very well designed. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well kept and with a great energy. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast and food at the restaurant was good (not amazing, but good). The location is great if you are looking to hang out at the hotel or travel to the many options in the area (Hydra, Spetses etc). We highly recommend this hotel !

The property is well maintained, and the staff is generally friendly and welcoming, although communication can sometimes be challenging, and requests aren’t always fully understood. Service is occasionally slow. The biggest drawback was the Wi-Fi, which was unreliable and often didn’t work, making it quite frustrating. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. The beach is decent but not particularly impressive, and while the breakfast was adequate, it fell well short of what you’d expect from a property of this caliber. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay with comfortable accommodations, but there are several areas where the experience could be improved.

the hotel itself is beautiful and the area to explore is fantastic if out have a car which you need since this location is 3.5 hour drive outside Athens. The disappointment with the value for this hotel is the food and drink quality is average if not poor but we ate in the nearby town after the first day and that was very good, the town of Ermioni for example was great as well as the island of Spetses on day tours.

Polite Staff, but Hotel Could Use Some Renovation.

The hotel could use some renovation as it's starting to show its age. The service was okay, and the staff were polite. The quality of the food in the restaurant was below average and quite expensive. The breakfast was nice.

The property was very good overall. However, the check-in process was quite slow, and the front desk staff member did not follow up as promised when we inquired about the rate for an additional night. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were excellent very attentive and welcoming.

I don’t know if Nikki Beach around the world is like this one, but I definitely don’t want to visit any other location. The only polite people in the hotel were the cleaning staff. The other staff members were rude and unprofessional. The hotel is just okay. It's not a 5-star experience for me. Also a plus was the team in the spa. Excellent and professional!

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Porto Heli exceeded our expectations. It offered one of the largest standard hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in while traveling in Europe. The entire team was incredibly hospitable, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The pool area and private beach are absolutely exquisite, making it the perfect place to relax. The town center is just a 7-minute drive away, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants to explore. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto Heli.
