「The only issue was noise from neighbors (a stagette party) which is out of your control. Sleep becomes important when we are older .」

「Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .」

「Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde für unser Geschäftsgespräch ein ruhiger Platz zugewiesen. Das Hotel ist von der Aussenansicht etwas fragwürdig, vor allem die Fasade und der Balkon. Die Zimmer sind auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. 5 Sterne gibt es für die Freundlichkeit, den SPA, die Sauna und vor allem für das Essen. Auch das Restaurant, die Bar und alles was neu gemacht ist wie die Sauna sind ein Traum.」

「I stayed here one night on business. There are multiple dining options within walking distance of hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was let down by noise - could hear everything from hallway and birds/church bells outside. Parking is good. Ask hotel for parking instructions before you arrive - it will streamline the process. Room was clean enough and bathroom good but dated. Overall a good choice for a limited stay. 」

「Self check in went horribly wrong. Property did not email the security code to enter the building. Called the “emergency” contact number, no answer! Waited outside the building until a helpful young man staying at the property alerted the housekeeping of our problem. Maria came down, verified we were legitimate and let us in. Took awhile to get access code and key to room, but Maria was very professional and resolved the matter. Maria gets the 5 stars!」

「Vad vill man mer, trevlig personal, bra frukost, ett riktig rymlig rum och bad! Ett bryggeri tillhör till slottet med bra mat och fantastiskt öl. Vill du koppla av, finns ett spa i källaren samt gym. Alltid bra att stanna här för 1-2 nätter, går även längre 😉」

「Sehr schönes Hotel. Mitten in der Altstadt, daher etwas viele Geräusche in der Nacht Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, was dem Alter des Hauses geschuldet ist. Aber alles in Allem ein schönes Hotel mit einem guten Frühstücks Buffet. Sehr netten Personal und sehr sauber. Kann ich nur empfehlen wenn man Passau besuchen möchte. 」
