「I was at the lower floor room right under the corridor, other hotel guests walking were very noisy. Other than this, the stay was brilliant」

「Good hotel and comfortable bed. Had cancel the second night as the hotel was closed. Access for an 81 year old was very difficult. Lots of stairs to manage. The very cold weather made it even more difficult. The manager was very good and helpful. We hope to get a refund for the second night. The location was excellent and the pub was very quirky and quite special. 」

「You need sharp eyesight to see the hotel as it's right on the roundabout. It was perfectly placed for where we needed to be the next day. Parking was not a problem. The room was an odd shape and in need of new carpet. The doors are fire doors and they really did Bang shut every time someone came in our out of the coach house. 「- Room not that clean, baby found loads of hairs and things. - post-booking I got loads of repetitive spam messages to check in online days before arrival. - Facilities have restricted use, e.g. no children at pool 10am-6pm! The only reason we stayed there was so the wife can rest at the pool with the baby. - Restaurant food was pub quality but Michelin price. - "Entry" to breakfast ends at 9:30 not 10 as advertised. 「Lovely room, food and service. The only down side is that it is next to the A22 and on a busy roundabout with constant traffic throughout the night and early morning.」

「Beautiful grounds, wonderful views, our suite was amazing, lobby stunning. Bar food was not good, although, buffet breakfast was plentiful and good choice. Our stay was unfortunately same time as a large contingency of all male golfers and the noise in the bar was unbearable both during our evening and breakfast. We would not have stayed this particular night had we known.」
