"The customer service at this property was top tier! The really deserve 10 stars. The manager, Ty' Asia and her team were Amazing. From the time i walked in she had a welcoming smile and very positive energy. I called earlier to notify them i was checking in late and when i walked in i was surprised she remembered my name. This property is pet friendly. One of my dogs has anxiety and afraid of the elevator. Ty'Asia offered to change my room from the 6th floor to the first floor which was so much better. The hotel was very organized and CLEAN. No bed bugs because i checked. The continental breakfast was great! The food was fresh( even the apples were individually wrapped!!! I almost forgot we missed dinner with family that day but had cooked food with us but no utensils, of course they gave us some plates, forks and spoons. Everyone at this property was so hospitable and nice. This is where i will be staying from now whenever i visit Grensboro NC Leatrice A"
