"Horrible hotel. Dirty room, nasty/no service, no isolation between room (a 5 am wake up with a 6 members family sleeping in one room), bad food. This is not a 3 stars hotel, at the best it is a low level guest house "

"Beautiful setting. Great room. Good breakfast."

"Room is very clean, staff is very helpful and good for pet friendly"

"Would highly recommend"

"It is amazing memory with wonderful scenery. But, there are many tiny ants. And, we can not enjoy night time at the balcony due to many insects which heading to light."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and property was well maintained and in a lovely location. They went put of their way to ensure we had something we could eat (as we are vegan) and we had a great stay."

"Consistly good.always go back"

"Great"

"Fantastic views"

"Shower always flooded, front of house staff didn’t speak English, kids loved water park, although all a bit old, upstairs rooms could do with some more furniture / amenities, breakfast / menu was great. Raft trip was a bit dull."

"Superb stay… "

"Very kind staff and beautiful views."

"Nature is beautiful "

"Good "

"The location directly at the river is quiet and beautiful, however it is long drive away from the major sight seeing spots in the area. The resort and its cottages look nice and well maintained. Minor shortcomings: Limited choice of breakfast, no room cleaning, service staff is confused (no overview of reservations, food ordering will be rechecked 3 times before preparing) and doesn't speak English."

"The staff were great. Overall grounds with kayaks were great. I enjoyed the breakfast each day. Perfect items of Thai porridge, eggs, salad, and meat. Shower water pressure was weak. Some towels were clean, but looked dirty. Room needed some renovations. It looked liked someone trashed the room a bit and it needs some curtain rod and wall repairs. Good value for price."
