「I booked a room on July 2nd for 2 days and I told the front desk clerk that it was my birthday and first time here. About 30 minutes later I heard a knock at the door and they surprised me with a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday from all the staff and a goodie bag with a little wine. This goes really far for hard-working mom plus a full-time student that just needed time away from the norm. I can't thank you enough.」

「I had a wonderful experience on my 5 person family vacation. Upon arrival I did all major room checks for bugs, cameras, sheets, etc. Good on all those yay! I had a small issue with the sofa bed it was a little dirty. With no problems and a smile on her beautiful face, the front desk receptionist had the mattress replaced ASAP.
