"The front desk and food service staff were wonderful. The location is fabulous, literally right next to the train and in the heart of downtown. Breakfast and rooftop bar were great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. I never post bad reviews but I was disappointed. The floors in the room were just plain dirty. I would stay there again, but they need to improve the housekeeping. Other grounds in the hotel were spotless, it’s just the room."

"It was pretty much what we expected for the price. It wasn't anything luxurious or upgraded, but it offered good value, and we were satisfied with our stay. The housekeeping staff was especially sweet and friendly. The breakfast staff, on the other hand, seemed a bit cold and not as welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed the stay."

"We ended up upgrading to a cabin and had a wonderful time! The cabins were private, clean, perfect size and beautiful views. All the employees were very nice, the restaurant on the property had great food and a live musician (Mr. Miller was fantastic). We will definitely be back! We also went to the close vineyard and had a great time there as well. My husband really enjoyed the wine (I don’t drink wine). I enjoyed the cheese and crackers"

"The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!"
