Ephrata was clean, had a lot of shopping options whether groceries gas or outlets. The people here are extremely friendly! We had an overall great experience. I'm From NY and have never come across friendly people as we did here. It was uplifting
"This hotel has a small town run by family feel to it. It's not the most up to date. Our hotel room had that old hotel musty smell to it when we first checked in, but that quickly went away. Our tv was small, but had chromecast. So that was nice. The best part of the hotel is the friendly staff. The front desk staff was friendly and personable. Every time I spoke with the front desk with a question or a request I was met with a friendly smile and helpful staff. I'd definitely stay here again. The attached restaurant has delicious food."
"I've stayed at this hotel many times and love it just as much. My nephews love this hotel too. There is always friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and quiet and I feel safe that guests need to enter with their room key. Very safe. "
