I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. From the moment I arrived, the check-in experience was warm and friendly. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and exceeded my expectations with such ease, making me feel genuinely welcomed. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at home—it truly felt like I was staying at a friend’s place rather than a hotel. The location was easy to find and tucked away in a fantastic area, making it a great base for exploring Paris. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next trip to Paris!

Everyone working there was extremely kind and helpful! Good water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed. Everything you need for a quick stop over and visiting Epernay. Extra lovely that they welcome dogs, there is also a rather large grass area for your dog to calmly use the toilet :) The breakfast was helpful and nice for a low cost. Thank you!

Room super tiny. It is more like a trucker b&b than a hotel. Coming with family? Not for you. But: nice staff and good breakfast.

When we arrived there were lots of people sat around in the carpark, which was quite intimidating; there were also people smoking out of their windows, and someone was having their haircut outside the front door. We nearly left there and then however did decide to stay - if we had children with us we definitely would not have stayed. Room was very basic with a bathroom similar to that of a caravan. Fairly clean overall however we did find used contact lenses dried onto the side table next to the bed. Premier Classe Epernay was objectively better than Premier Classes Pamiers, however we have decided we will not be using a Premier Classe again.

Great stay, it’s a short stroll into the centre , loads of on site parking and it’s very safe and secure. The reception staff were lovely , very warm and friendly. The rooms are simple but everything you need and very clean. A good bargain stay that was perfect for accessing epernay centre and the wider region. Merci .
