The room was very nice and clean with a great view. Food at salvia blanca was excellent and convenient having it a few steps from the room. Also enjoyed visiting the sanctuary the owner has! Would definitely come back!

Besides the beauty of the property, the staff was awesome. Jaime, Viridiana, Ricardo, Laura, Julio, Leo, Javier, Adrian, Edgar, and Christian were very accommodating. They happily answered our questions before and during our stay. They kindly helped up with our Spanish and made every moment memorable. The bungalow was clean; the views were breath taking; the food at Salvia Blanca was amazing. Highly recommend. I will be back. Drive a car that can handle dirty roads.

Had a wonderful stay at Contemplacion Hotel. Check in & check out was quick & easy. Room & bathroom was spacious, clean & bright. The room had a small kitchenette, which was very convenient. The Samsara spa was amazing! The Salvia Blanca restaurant was fabulous - great food, ambience & excellent service.

The entire place was amazing. Great place to rest and relax. The spa was the best part. It can add to the expense, but totally worth it. I would be coming here again during peak season in August.

We love this property for all the beautiful touches and amazing staff. The rooms are great. Really enjoyed the projector and coffee maker with fresh ground beans. The restaurant has amazing food for both breakfast and dinner. And this property isn’t just dog friendly, more like dog welcoming and encouraged. Even having their own dogs on staff and a dog sanctuary. Well done! We have been back many times and will continue to return.

Phenomenal stay. Best staff in the Valle. More than enough amenities for a long weekend, amazing views from the room. Live music is tasteful and charming and adds to the experience no matter where you are on the property.
