「This hotel is a nightmare. My belongings were stolen, including my phone and cash. The people at the reception didn’t care at all. I felt trapped and terrified. I had to beg to use a phone just to contact my family for help to leave. Never stay here — it’s unsafe and dishonest. 」

「In each mid night, there are strong music noise and you can't sleep well. Reception people attitude not good and not helpful. There are many many ants in room. Not allow to bring room any food. Overall worst experience. 」

「Incredible house…. A veritable palace! The interior is decorated with countless museum worthy pieces, and the owner Leila has installed a wonderful museum of tile in the basement. We were thrilled to have lunch with her during our stay. We had a reservation for the Four Seasons later in our trip, but canceled it in favor of returning here! 」
