Wir bekamen zuerst eine grössere Suite als reserviert, wunderbare Aussicht, Dachgeschoss. Leider versagte am Nachmittag die Klimaanlage und der Besitzer ( nicht im Haus) konnte sie nicht flicken. Daher schliefen wir in der Nacht sehr schlecht - Fenster zu zu heiss, Fenster offen,das Gejohle der Ausgänger bis Morgens um drei, inklusive Motorradlärm. Morgens um fünf eine Taube die auf dem Dach unmittelbar über uns für gut 2 Stunden laut gurrte... Zum Glück bekamen wir am nächsten Tag das Zimmer welches wir reserviert hatten. Dort schliefen wir gut, die Klimaanlage funktionierte, man konnte verdunkeln und das Dach mit den Tauben war nicht über uns. Parkieren konnten wir gratis auf der Piazza Garibaldi (Ankunft Samstagmittag).

We were greeted by a friendly host, which was one positive aspect. However, the air conditioning was not functional (with no response from the owner when we inquired about it), beds were very soft and uncomfortable and there were no soaps or shampoos provided in the room. The doors/windows in the room were also not in the best condition, so you felt like they were going to break if you opened them to let some air in (see above, AC not working). The breakfast spread was nothing to get excited over. We decided to head down the street for breakfast at a local cafe for the same price instead. We were also disappointed in the information provided by the b&b. The owner helpfully told us that the shuttle from the free parking lot up to the town was running on Sunday; we waited for over half an hour for the shuttle only to realize it was not running. Overall it was clean but very lacking.

Die Zimmer waren wirklich toll eingerichtet,sogar mit einem Balkon. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich durfte mir sogar ein Zimmer auswählen. Die Suche nach einem Parkplatz hat sich etwas schwierig gestaltet. Aber sogar dabei wurde uns geholfen. Und auch ein tolles Restaurant wurde uns empfohlen.

très difficile à trouver

impossible d'y accéder sans passer un coup de fil ( avec 2 GPS) et quand une personne vient nous chercher sur la place voisine, elle nous demande si nous allons à l'hôtel BRISTOL. Elle continue d'attendre et nous aussi avant de rappeler l'hôtel pour enfin comprendre que le centro sicilian est en fait à l'intérieur même de l'hôtel Bristol.

Grottenschlechter Service

Wir hatten eigentlich das Centro Sicilia für unseren Aufenthalt in Enna gewählt, aus irgendeinem Grund wurden wir ins Hotel Bristol verfrachtet. Zunächst war alles sehr freundlich, vor allem das Personal. Gefunden wurde unsere Buchung erst nicht, obwohl alle Daten von meiner Seite vorlagen. Irgendwann klappte das endlich. Die Zimmer sind nett, der Parkplatz nur mit sehr viel Glück vor dem Haus. Beim Frühstück wurden wir jede Minute gefragt, ob wir noch etwas möchten, das war viel zu aufdringlich. Bei der Abreise vergas der ältere Herr an der Rezeption, uns unsere Pässe zurückzugeben. Diese zurückzubekommen war nur mit einem harschen E-Mail-Verkehr, unangenehmen - gebrüllten - Telefonaten mit Drohungen und der Zahlung von 25 Euro zu machen (tatsächliche Kosten: 8,20 €). So geht man nicht mit Kunden um! Nie wieder dorthin!
