"Great location. On a hill so that you can see the Bay from many rooms. Close walking distance to both the Old Port area and restaurants and venues on State Street. Spacious rooms. Only complaint was that the parking garage was completely full so we had to park in a hotel owned garage next door."

"I believe my room had bed bugs- There was what appeared to be a washed blood spot on the sheet upon arrival and then in the morning there were three more in a cluster where i’d slept (upper back area) and some on my partners side as well as tiny black debris. The automatic door at the entrance was finicky and wouldn’t open a couple times- no button to activate seen. The location was great for the price , staff were friendly, and there was a shuttle which provided service downtown in addition to the airport which was incredibly handy!!"

"The bartenders and the rest of the staff were wonderful. The rooms were fine. The bathrooms were exasperating. The body wash that was supposed to be in my shower was broken and missing, the conditioner was totally empty and the shower curtain was ripped in multiple places. I will not stay at the property again as there are better places that are more put together, for the same price point"

The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Im very picky and they made sure my stay was a 10/10. The location couldn’t have been more perfect conveniently situated close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It made getting around incredibly easy and saved me so much time. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could ask for. Every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure guests have a great experience. Overall, this was truly a fantastic stay. Between the excellent service, ideal location, and comfortable accommodations, I couldn’t have asked for more. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and would happily stay here again. "
