"Overall this hotel was good, but not our favourite on this trip. The service and staff were wonderful but the fact that a 5 star hotel like this does not offer air conditioning was surprising. We know Europe is mixed on air conditioning but this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, with modern amenities. With a heat wave during our stay this was uncomfortable. As well the lake view room with balcony overlooks the train station- we were not expecting that. The highlight was breakfast with a table side croissant station, whereby the waiter made you a fresh croissant with your choice of fillings."
"The staff is very friendly and the place is very nice. Has 10 min of distance of the station train walking and 4 min in car.
