「front desk charged an additional $100 fee without notifying us for a pet fee, even though it was a service animal. Upon requesting a removal of the fee they said they needed management approval but did not return calls to apprise us - as they said they would do.」

The manager was short with her and unwelcoming to the guests — obviously hospitality is not her strength. This was the first Holiday Inn Express I felt so uncomfortable checking-in.」
