「An amazing hotel to visit and spend quality time with family. The rooms were spacious clean and well maintained. We arrived late and the manager was waiting for us and was very welcoming and considerate. The breakfast was super and very delicious. The staff were very friendly and polite. 「This is the worst experience I’ve had so far in the hotel. At check in they gave us the room key, we arrive to the room and the door is open and room not ready with dirty sheets piled up on the bed and dirty towels. Then what’s worse is that at checkout they charged us $20 for dirty towels because they had makeup on them?! Never heard of this one before」

I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis).
