İnci apart otel ( enez)

Otele girer gitmez olumsuzluklar başladı. Odamızın anahtarını verdiler fakat banyo temizlenmemiş havlular ıslak çarşaflar değiştirilmemişti. Oda birinci kattaydı ve banyodan sürekli gider kokusu geliyordu. Banyo kenarları içler acısı bir bakteri yuvasıydı kararmış. Havuz deseniz felaket. Resmen bulanık suyun içinde insanlar yüzüyordu. 5 gece ödememe rağmen 2 gece geçirebildik ve ayrıldık. Biz erken ayrılıyoruz dedim resepsiyona tek kelime sormadı görevli. Kalite bilinci yok. İnanılmaz feci bir deneyim yaşamak istiyorsanız gidebilirsiniz.

Fayda fiyat dengesi oldukça iyi

İlk başta eksik havlu çalışmayan duş başlığı gibi sorunlar yaşasak da hızlı bir şekilde sorunlarımız çözüldü. Özellikle resepsiyondaki bayan çalışan çok güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı. Tekrar kalınabilir.

Biz oteli beğendik çok eğlendik ailecek denizide güzel havuzuda evet temizlik bakımından eski bir otel ve özellikle tuvaletler çok temiz değil. Otel güzel fakat terk edilmiş gibi gittiğimizde odada bazı eskitler vardı ama personele söylediğimizde hemen hallettiler orda çalişanlar gayet güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi hiç canımız sıkılmadı çarşısıda güzeldi kahvaltıda idare eder eşim yorumlara bakarak çok ön yargılı gitti ama yanıldı 🤗genel anlamda biz sevdik

Otel fena değildi; odamız havuza bakıyordu, televizyon ve klima vardı, fakat hijyen konusunda koca bir sıfır! Bu kadar kötü olamazdı; balkona çıkıp oturamıyorsunuz, çünkü duvarlar örümcek ağlarıyla kaplı ve kirden simsiyah olmuş. Ayrıca, tuvalet temizliği de son derece kötüydü. Odanın duvarlarında birçok sivrisinek öldürülmüş, yer yer ufak kan lekeleri bile temizlenmemiş. Merak ediyorum, temizlik ekibini yönetmek bu kadar mı zor? Üstelik otel ucuz da değildi; oldukça iyi bir ücret ödedik. Kahvaltı beklediğimden çok daha iyiydi ve personel de gayet iyiydi. Plaja da yakın ve güzel, zaten Enez’in denizi de harika.

Odamız havuzu görüyordu bunu çok beğendik.Otel konum olarak denize 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Genel olarak temiz ancak duş kabinleri biraz hijyenik gelmedi. Havuzu temizdi. Kahvaltı açık büfe biraz çeşit olarak yetersiz geldi bize. Yinede doyurucuydu. Çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Yine tercihimiz olacak

It does not overlook the sea, the hotel was not ready to receive customers, the pool is very dirty and it is not possible to swim in it, the breakfast is not a buffet only a specific plate with a little cheese, one egg, a slice of tomato, a piece of cucumber and a cup of tea, there is no restaurant or any cafeteria in the hotel

doğu cephesindeki odada 1 kanat güneşlikle yarım kapanan cam. odalarda kettle , telefon ve yeterli yastık yok.Odada 3 priz vardı. Birine buzdolabı diğerine tv takılı. 3. priz banyoda, telefonlarımızı dönüşümlü olarak banyoda şarj ettik. çift kişilik yatakta 1 adet tek kişilik nevresim bırakılmıştı. Gece çay kahve içmek isterseniz otelde sıcak içme suyu yok.Otel yaşı küçük gençlere bırakılmış. Yönetim idare ve denetleme sıfır.4 gece kaldık, oda hiç temizlenmedi. Bizce gecelik 500 tl fiyatının hakkını veremedi. gündüz resepsiyona bakan iki tatlı genç bayanın nezaketi ve sabah kahvaltısı hariç olumlu birşey yok.

Rezervasyon teyit için aradığımda özellikle bebeğimin olduğunu ve kaç yaşında olduğunu söyledim ve görüştüğüm beyefendi ona göre suit oda ayarladığını söyledi ama gittiğimizde standart oda ve odada yürümeye alan yok o kadar küçük, resmen yan yan yürüyordum odada bi yeri çarpmıyım diye. Park yatak 2. Gün ısrarımızla verildi. Yoksa oda yok. Yatak çok rahatsız edici. Sağdan sola dönerken gacur gucur ses yapıyor. Kahvaltı desen seçenek yok, 10.30 da kahvaltı saati bitiyor diye 10.15 de gelen müşteriye servis kapandı diyip ekmek bile vermediler. İletişim sıfır☹️ Birdaha tövbe. 3 gün bitse de gitsek dedik. Deniz yürüme mesafesi diyorlar ama kime göre ? Şahsen biz arabayla gittik. Bir yandan çocuk, bir yandan eşyalar o sıcakta yürünecek bir mesafe değildi. Oda olarak ilk gittiğimizde temiz görünüyordu. Ama sonrasında çöpümüzü bile alan olmadı ☹️

Ücretsiz otopark deniliyor , otele gidince otopark yok araçlar yol üzerinde park ediliyor. Odalar örümcek baglamis temizlik vasat. Odalar Resimlerde görüldüğü gibi degil eşyalar cok eski.
