「Luxury accommodations. Excellent service and the rooms (suites) are huge. The highlight of the room was the shower - it is just amazing. We were a family of four and we loved it. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the Duomo Plaza (5 minutes) but set back enough that it feels much more private and low key. 」

「My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. 「Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. 」
