"Place is great for a "campsite experience" without requiring to sleep on the ground. The accommodations are very comfortable, heating is good, and the environment is very nice for adults or families alike. Communal bonfire in the evening with drinks and s'mores included by a very attentive staff. Bathrooms were very clean and functional. Although our stay was short as we were passing through on our way to Yellowstone, it was very enjoyable."

"I was delighted with this property as we had stayed at another Hot Springs in another State that was terrible! Chico Hot Springs and resort was wonderful! The rooms were very nice and 2 couples on one room was completely comfortable. The beds were comfy with great pillows. The bathroom was just perfect. We had a little fridge and a table and chairs in the room. We also had a back door with a beautiful grassy area with tables and chairs and an amazing view. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and flowers everywhere, the Hot Spring pools were relaxing and we met lots of nice families. There's a walk up window to get drinks but you can bring your own as long as its not in glass. We also ate twice at the Pool Bar and the food and service were again a great surprise. We ate the breakfast buffet one morning and I was happy to have available Greek yogurt, with house made berry blend and granola. Of course there were eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. Very good!! We did not eat at the dinner restaurant, but heard from another couple it's very delicious. My only suggestion would be more mats in the ladies dressing room, to decrease the risk of falls. I did love the bathing suit dryer! There was more to see and do there than we had time for! We would go back anytime!"

"Only spent a night as we were traveling from Yellowstone to Whitefish, but the hotel and amenities were incredible. The wine cave was unique and the bartender made the best old fashion I had yet on this trip. Dinner was also great and you can’t beat the views. Highly recommend"
