「Spacious clean room and very helpful staff.」

「The property was nice. The staff was pleasant. The food was good. Clean rooms, housekeeping was very very good. The bed was comfortable. No complaints for the duration of the stay. The hotel does not have a lift so must climb stairs to rooms. The stairs are clean and in an open space but if you have any physical ailments may pose an issue. 」

「I wanted to provide some candid feedback regarding the room. Unfortunately, there is very little that would justify this accommodation being classified as an Executive Suite. The overall experience falls well below the standard one would reasonably expect at that level. A few specific observations: Only one tea cup was provided despite the room being designated for two occupants. The television is small, outdated, and of a quality more consistent with a standard room than an executive...

「This property is a gorgeous hotel, lovely pool area and clean. The hotel just lacks adequate maintenance. The staff were gracious and helpful. I didn't have power in my room for 7hrs, because the backup generator was faulty and was never compensated for sitting in my own sweat for hours. Furthermore the shower pressure was very low and there were no choice of breakfast; you just have to eat what they served. I'm really disappointed with ownership of this hotel, because they are letting it rot...
