「Love location / room size great as was in a Presidential suite / food choice / value for money / 24/7 bar / inclusive good breakfast . Only criticism insufficient bedside charging points」

「Overall, it was a good experience, the staff were very helpful and courteous. Wasn't satisfied with the water heating system and the internet. The water gets cold on you while taking a shower and the internet, well, slow and sometimes unavailable. They did come up with solutions to this, but it was a repeated issue.」

「Courteous, friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was great. Other meals were well presented and delicious. The staff are the hotel's greatest assets, every staff you walked past, greeted respectfully and was ready to assist.」

「New and comfortable. Madrid Room especially good value. Quiet neighbourhood, close to Wuse 2 if you want more entertainment and food options」

「I booked a room for two people, only one person was allowed to eat. That was very unfair」

Don't stay...

Vielen Dank 」

「Complimentary Breakfast was too spicy」

The price of the “basic” room when you book online is not commensurate with the accommodations you will receive and you will be better off looking at nearby hotels and booking there since the price you pay could get you a room three times the size of the basic at ANY of the hotels within walking distance. This was infact what we ended up doing and our only saving grace was that we...
