"Clean, Friendly and helpful staff in every facility the hotel offers! Plenty of space, sunbeds, seating and so many pools never felt crowded even with 2000+ guests staying. Entertainment is on offer every day but with bar options you can easily avoid if you wanted to do so! Family friendly but caters to adults to. Couldnt fault restraunts, even with dietry requirements they were happy to accomodate and bring allergen friendly meals to your table. The late arrivals buffet at 11pm is a fab option when you arrive at the end of dinner and there is an early breakfast for those leaving early to. Feels like everything has been thought about. It is an open hotel (gated with a security guard at the entrance) but the corridoors are open to outside so a few walls needed small bits of maintenance and as early in the season some renovation still happening but the hotel left us a note explaining and didnt interfere with our stay at all! Waiters and Bar staff so friendly and didnt not have a single issue. Very happy and will return. As others have said the hill to and from the hotel to the main roads by foot is a little steep but we found it plenty manageable wearing trainers. Bus stop into Heraklion right outside or you can walk to the town centre in 30 mins. "
