Value for money

A lot of Hotel for the price. The rooms were nice and big. There was little confusion about the rooms, but was quickly handled by the reception. Breakfast was good with a nice variety.

Uncomfortable beds, room was vaguely clean but still lots of cobwebs. Front desk tried to get me to pay for the room again even though it had been paid for through Expedia. This happened several times despite Expedia calling the front desk - eventually it was sorted, but it took a lot of my time chasing it. To be clear, the Expedia support was very good - it was the hotel that was the problem. Breakfast is poor (for the price). I would not stay here again.

Unfriendly staff

Very unpleasant stay. Worst hotel on our two-week trip. The beds were extremely uncomfortable – we could feel the springs. It was hot, so we opened the window. Around 9 PM, reception knocked and told us to close it. Our dogs barked briefly, as dogs do when surprised. We slept poorly but neither I nor my light-sleeping husband heard them bark again. Still, the next morning, the receptionist accused us of disturbing the neighbors all night. When I asked what he wanted us to do with that information, he just repeated the complaint with a rude and unprofessional attitude. No other hotel during our trip had any issues with our dogs. We do not recommend this place.

The staff at the reciption of the hotel was acting and behaving very poorly, he intreduced him self from Afghanistan and he misbehaved very badly with wife of my freind who just arrived from Ukraine. I feel really sorry that the hotel got such a rubbish employee 😕

Need a course in service

Arrogant rude staff, e.g. so in the middle of my check in it was interrupted with the receptionist starting to text someone. we accidentally slammed the door with the key left in the room which I said at check out and apologized for, later got a call from another at the hotel who scolded me for forgetting the key. I have probably never been treated so badly when I stayed in a hotel before. Totally ok beds and breakfast for the price, otherwise poor standard. Will not stay at this again. Tommy

Vid beställning av rummet bokade vi två enkelsängar men det fick vi inte när vi anlände. Blev tilldelade ett vanligt dubbelrum med en dubbelsäng som inte gick att dela. Fick byta rum dag två då vi fick ett rum med dubbelsäng plus bäddsoffa. Väldigt skiftande kvalité på badrummen. Bra dusch i första rummet mindre bra i andra rummet. Bra läge, bra frukost, trevlig personal som ville kompensera oss.

Chambre qui n a de familiale que le nom. Les enfants on dormi sur 2 bancs collés entre eux avec un surmatelas. Parking payant, petit dejeuner moyen, un peu vieillot pour le prix de la nuit (137€). Hotel OK pour une courte nuit de passage.

Fin morgenmad

Glimrende hotel. Fin morgenmad, kaffe, te, brød, ost og pålæg. Vær obs på at man kun kan parkere ved hotel, hvis man har bestilt det ved booking. Det kan man ikke læse sig frem til. Så da vi kom, var der ingen parkering. Og portvagten havde ingen forslag til, hvor vi skulle lede efter en parkeringsplads. Men vi fandt heldigvis nemt en selv 200 meter derfra på gaden og det var endda gratis. Så alt endte godt, men vi nåede lige at være lidt frustrede først. Byen er hyggelig og lille og antallet af parkeringsplads på gaden er begrænset.

Der var ingen lys på værelset da vi ankom, så den ansatte sørgede for at en lampe kunne være tændt i stik. Der var ikke wifi, som kunne tilgås fra værelset. Der var ikke redt op med babyseng, som ønsket. Vi kørte dertil for overnatning på vejen hjem fra ferie. Vi kommer nok ikke retur.

Ich komme nicht wieder!

Es begann schon mir der Diskussion, dass ich für den Parkplatz für mein Motorrad 5.-€ zahlen sollte, was ich strikt ablehnte und sagte, dass ich dann auf der Straße parken würde. Aber der Wirt nahm die Forderung zurück und liess mich kostenlos parken, natürlich mit dem Hinweis dann eine Bewertung zu erhalten. Beim Check-in sollte ich auch noch eine Flasche Wasser bekommen, wiederum mit dem Hinweis, dass diese normalerweise 3.-€ kostet…. Ich lehnte dankend ab! Ich erhielt genau das gebuchte Zimmer, aber natürlich mit dem Hinweis des Hoteliers, das er mich extra upgegradet hätte… Das hauseigene Restaurant ist seit Corona geschlossen, umso verwunderlicher ist der starke Essensgeruch wie in einem griechischen Schnellrestaurant im gesamten Foyer. Hier muss gehandelt werden! Als letztes möchte ich noch die äußerst bescheidene Bettqualität erwähnen: wieder einmal ein Haus, das höhere Aufmerksamkeit auf moderne Lichtschalter legt als dem Gast eine angenehme Nachtruhe zu bescheren. Vernünftige Topper würden hier Wunder wirken!
