The cost. What I didn't like was the broken tv, the lies regarding complimentary coffee/breakfast. And most of all was the disrespectful and absent hotel managers. (a couple) Lobby was always locked. I've never had to take pictures of a hotel room before this trip but definitely felt the need to document our stay.

TOTALLY DISGUSTING

I didnt stay after 10 minutes in the room i found cobwebs in the corner walls, the bath room and toilet wasnt cleaned, there was trash on the floor rug wasnt vaccumed, the sheets were dirty and there were brown stains on bed spread. Looks like poop. Not to mention smell like smoke. The manager charged me for a day, but first took the full amount out and ask for a full refund but only refund half. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. TOTALLY DISGUSTING!

Terrible - canceled our "guaranteed" reservation

We showed up tired from our road trip to check in late at night and they told us that they were full (they weren't, there were 3 cars in the parking lot) and that our reservation was canceled, despite the fact that it was guaranteed through Hotels.com. The woman wasn't even in the office, she was answering from a call button, and was extremely rude and unapologetic that we now had nowhere to sleep. We had to scramble to find another place to stay. When I called Hotels.com to get my refund the next day, they said the motel had not even cancelled the reservation at all, confirming that she had been completely lying and just couldn't be bothered.

The Motel cancelled my reservations without notifying me. I booked through Expedia but the motel decided they could get more money from another customer and cancelled me with no notice.

Total disgrace of a motel

Where should I begin...Free WiFi did not work, TV did not work, grass on the property was at least two feet high, cigarette burn holes in the bed spreads, battery hanging out of the smoke detector, and the one unused outlet was sparking when try to plug something in.

Are You Kidding Me?

When I arrived, the off-site concierge told me they overbooked and did not have a room for us. She said that Hotels.com should have sent me an email. I suggest Hotels.com terminate this hotel.

They don't want customers

I was turned away. They told me they were overbooked and didn't have a room. The parking had 4 cars in it. It was obviously a lie.

Not even my worst enemy…

Arrived at 12:45 for 1:00pm check in, was told that room wasn’t ready and check in wasn’t until 3. First of all you have three cars total in the entire parking lot while you bumpin good hip hop music while scurry to make sure I’m not late for my sisters memorial service?! Girl bye. Not impressed had to leave. Was I supposed to stand outside until 3? Hotels.com says your check in was at 1:00PM!

Never again!

Room stunk like cigarettes, was not the same room i booked, no towels, 3 trips to the front desk to finally get towels, sink was clogged, comforter was covered with hair, shower smelled like mildew and dog pee, wifi was spotty, everything was falling apart, all repairs were very shoddy! Reminded my of a slum! Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel...it took me hours to convince my son not to sleep in the car. Only reason we didn't leave immediately was no other hotels in town had any occupancy. I would not recommend to anyone ever!

Owners should find a new job-not with customers

What a joke! As a courtesy, I called the morning of my arrival to ask if I could check in early at 11am. A regular hotel would have said yes or no based on availability. What did these thieves say? We need to charge you $20. My room was only $50! Nearly 50% upcharge? And for what? The room was already ready and there were a total of 4 cars at the place-it was largely unbooked with a room that was already ready. They were just looking for a way to get more $ and doing so at the expense of customer service. Totally old rooms with poor pillows, beds, etc. I will never stay there again and encourage others not to also. People like them that try and get a quick buck but provide horrible customer service and stay should eventually go out of business. The unfriendly staff does NOT belong running a hotel at all and you can tell. Find a new job that you like!

Poorly maintained. Water lines exposed to sink, toilet and shower. Shower hot water took 5 minutes and lasted about 3 minutes. No coffee or other amenities.

No hot water

No hot water. Warm water at best. Reported problem to hotel who took attention to matter but were hopeful they could accommodate us by a thread. I took shower with warm water. Next person took shower with cold water. Hotel is good for a desperate sleep over but not if you are looking for a hot shower the next day.

We reserved ahead of time on line but when we hot here we couldnt check in because we got in late. Next day we went to check in and was told we couldnt check in because we were late the day before. Would never recommend this place to anybody.

It was a place to stay that's about it,the cable TV would go in and out of service,plus there was very little to no hot water to take a shower.
