"We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. Our favourite was the spa area with the steam room and sauna, it was perfect after a full day on the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Booked last minute for a 1-day ski trip, we loved this place. Great amenities, wonderful super friendly staff, continental breakfast was awesome (especially if you’re used to US continental bfast…). Incredible Gym area downstairs and lockers to store your ski gear (even after you checkout!). Only thing missing was a spa/hottub!! "

In actual fact there is only a shower and a sink, there is no toilet. "

They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues.
