The staff, Bridgette, was phenomenal- she made custom eggs and cooked bacon fresh, helped us secure a taxi to the airport, and was generally so friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the hotel managed to get us two connecting rooms, one with a larger bed that fit two adults with the five year olds in between. 「Dinkelsbühl ist eine wunderschöne Stadt und das Hôtel passt dazu. Die Zimmer haben sehr schöne moderne Bäder und gute Betten. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück und der Kaffee wird individuell abgefragt. Das Check-in ging schnell und unkompliziert. Es gab noch ein paar Tipps fürs sight seeing. Alle waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Frühstück war super. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant hat eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Die Preise der Speisen empfand ich aber als einen Tick zu teuer. Da wir mit dem Rad angereist sind, hat mich die absperrbare und mit Lademöglichkeit ausgerüstetete Fahrradgarage besonders beeindruckt. 」

「離火車站跟BUS站大概4-5分鐘，算是在Aalen市中心，前面有Subway 跟亞洲料理，晚上9點後還能找到飯吃。幫我check in的櫃檯人員很友善，看他拿的筆是公司的Mark，親切感上升。美中不足的是星期日下午5點後才能check in，自助check in的機器是無法正常使用的，另外就是空調，我搞不懂他是怎運作的，感覺只有送風。」
