"I recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a good experience. The staff and facilities met my expectations, and I appreciated the service provided. However, I would like to share feedback regarding the mattress in my room. Unfortunately, it was too soft and did not provide the firm support needed for my back. This made it difficult for me to rest comfortably during my stay. I believe that offering firmer mattress options or ensuring better support would greatly improve the guest experience, especially for those of us who require proper back support. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope this feedback helps improve future stays."

"This was a relatively quickly-planned trip (less than 30 days) and this property delivered in a big way! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were a very good size and very updated. The property is located near major roads that made it easy to get to big attractions as well as smaller areas like La Jolla. We stay in San Diego regularly, and this easily became our favorite property due to the location, amenities and price. We are very much looking forward to staying there again!"

"This was my 2nd stay here and I will definitely stay here again next time. Very clean, lovely staff, my room had more than I even needed, and breakfast was great and much appreciated.....love the chia seed pudding! I don't know why charging a fee for parking is necessary, as there appears to be ample space for it. However, the nightly rate here is pretty reasonable compared to many hotels in the general area. "
