Some examples: - The air conditioning did not work and the temperature reading on the thermostat was 26 degrees. They said they could not help, as their technical department was off duty. 「It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. 「We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Budva. The hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The sea and bay view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as well. The only downside was parking. It could sometimes be difficult to find a place to park, as the hotel has only two private parking spots.」
