「The outside is nothing like the inside. Although older and run down looking the room was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot springs soak was nice (minus the guy who kept shushing even the people who were whispering) and the gift shop area was full out cute and useful items. They price was fantastic and I see us staying at the Charles more frequently!」
