「 飯店很整齊 很乾淨 離景點也近 真的很不錯 唯一可惜的是沒有陽台 不過其他優點可以彌補這一項 有機會的話 推薦此間飯店 」

「One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable.」

「Everything was amazing!!!!!!!! Highly recommended」

「The hotel is conveniently located and close to the main bus terminal and the amazing old Venetian harbour. The room was clean and tidy. The choices of food for breakfast were adequate.」

「The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time....

「Overall beautiful resort, but the “luxury” rooms have a view of an empty lot, an abandoned building covered in graffiti, and the very busy street. Many people sitting around it but no one could use it because it was so cold. Our bed was not comfortable at all, but the pillows were great. 😊The staff were lovely, very helpful. Airport...

「位置和景觀絕佳，可飽覽整個港灣；服務人員親切且給予很多幫助和建議；早餐精緻美味，還可以在頂樓享用；是我們在克里特最棒的住宿體驗，回味無窮」

「The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!」

「Property was in great location; very nice accomodations. Upon arrival directions to the room should state must walk through the restaurant- workers at the restaurant were not aware of the hotel room. If have luggage steps are steep and there is no porter to help....The sister property was very helpful - had elevators Domus Renier onsite support - would stay there next time. Domus Fresco no support staff」
