「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「We stayed here because of the location being convenient of where we needed to be. Eve checked us in and was fantastic. Other staff we met were also very nice. The overnight desk clerk didn’t seem to want to be bothered though when we approached with an issue. We went back that evening and Eve again was working and handled it for us. Breakfast wasn’t the best but there were plenty of options and its hotel food not a 5 star restaurant. The place was clean, didn’t smell. Our room was clean. The...

「It was my daughter's birthday and we made a girls weekend out of it. We went on Main street and stayed in the hotel Friday night because it was storming. We had connecting rooms and played BINGO. Had a fantastic time. 」

「The service was great! Receiving cookies as a welcome gift was a nice surprise and the fact that they were warm was esp. special! The King room we had was spacious but we wish we had a mini frig, and the bathroom towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken. Other than that though, the room was clean and we appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning!」

「It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.」
