"We were welcomed by Mario who was helpful from the first to the last minute of our stay. He speaks Italian, English and German. He assisted with figuring out the boat tours, was friendly and was extremely patient.

"Le Acacie is a charming hotel in a beautiful, peaceful location. The beach is right there, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.
That said, getting there isn’t the easiest — especially without a car. You’ll likely need to arrange a transfer or take a taxi from the port or nearest town. It’s worth it once you arrive, but do plan ahead.
