「The staff is friendly. We have stayed here for 2 nights with kids. Everything is fine except they they didn’t have the kettle which make us can’t boil the hot water 」

「The hotel should initiate WhatsApp connections right after the booking otherwise it would be a bit messy. My code became invalid during my stay. Though WhatsApp and the correct contact number this problem was solved but it did take me a while to get contact information right.」

「Inside the suite was spacious, nice and clean. I didn't like the location.」

「Perfekt gelegen.

「Overall a very good stay. The location is good, close to Plaza de Armas, the bus station and its walking distance to the old town where most attractions are. The room is new and under good condition. 」
