「No tiene calefacción la alberca. La chica de recepción nos recibió con mala cara. Entiendo que todos tenemos un día malo pero no había nada de gente y cuando le hacía preguntas ni si quiera me miraba. Fatal. La comida está pasable. El precio del hotel no va de acuerdo con lo que obtienes. 」

「everything is very old the mattress in the bed were in really bad condition i could not slept because we could feel the spring the wires Oh and we didnot had hot water per the receptionist they turn the water heather during the day so we needed to ast to turn it on and wait a long time for the hot water in the shower.」

「Staff were very nice and made us feel important and welcome every day. They answered our questions and made excellent suggestions for our travel plans. The hotel room itself was the basic one. We would have liked to have a fridge but although that was not available, staff were able to accommodate our needs. The fan and A/C worked great. Water pressure and temperature was good. Bed was a good size but not that comfortable of mattress. Pool had warm water with ample seating and shade options...

「El restaurante tiene mala calidad en la comida. La gente del restaurante está amargada y no quiere trabajar. Viajamos con niños y el día de nuestra llegada nos dicen que no va haber servicio de restaurante durante nuestra estancia (pagamos para estar 7 noches). El hotel se siente viejo y olvidado. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, si le dieran una remodelación a sus instalaciones sería un gran spot. 」
