Great position near the gondola and good bus service to Soldeu. Room was clean and large. A little dated and some of the cooking pans so old that they were buckled! Overall though stay here again as excellent value

Only a few mins walk to the ski lifts, nice clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with cook cooking facilities

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in Andorra. I was promised an apartment with a view and I got one facing a wall although the place was half booked. They did not change our towels and after one week and when I asked for additional toilet paper (we were staying 4 people and only one roll). When I politely asked for a clean towel and check of the room I was told by the receptionist this was not her role. I cannot recommend this place to family and friends so don't book this place if you want a nice holidays day

À améliorer

Le séjour a été… particulier. Le village est très calme, peut-être un peu trop, et la vue n’apporte pas vraiment de charme supplémentaire. L’appartement reste assez sombre la majeure partie de la journée, mais au moins, pas de risque de coup de soleil. La télévision est placée de manière assez surprenante : on peut en profiter uniquement depuis une place précise du canapé, et elle reste invisible depuis la table à manger. Pas de télé dans la chambre non plus, ce qui peut être vu comme une bonne chose… ou pas. Le frigo, quant à lui, ne nous a pas laissé seuls une seconde grâce à son bruit continu, surtout la nuit. Et le cumulus, bien trop petit, oblige à chronométrer les douches – deux personnes, c’est déjà limite. En résumé : un logement fonctionnel mais qui gagnerait à être amélioré pour vraiment offrir un séjour agréable.

L’appartement est super agréable, il y a tout ce qu’il faut, propre et beau, je recommande ! Petit bemol, appart pour 6 et seulement 2 personnes ont pu se doucher avec de l’eau chaude, il n’y en a pas eu assez pour les autres..

Muy moderno. Limpio y muy bien ubicado. Tuvimos problemas con la conexión wifi y nos lo arreglaron muy rápido. Muy recomendable. Pagamos el parking porque es complicado aparcar por la zona. Se va caminando al telesilla el tarter fácilmente. Todo perfecto.

Bien, sauf la réception..

Lors de notre arrivée à 21h , la réceptionniste nous à même pas accueilli, elle nous voyait galérer devant la porte de l'accueil, mais non elle restait sur sa chaise. 5 minutes plus tard elle est sortie car cette dernière avait fini son service, nous lui avons posé des questions, comment récupérer les clés de l'appartement? Celle-ci nous a répondu de contacter le numéro de service... Au dernier moment elle nous a ouvert le coffre fort avec les clés de l'appartement nous les a donné et est parti s'en rien nous dire, ni l'appartement, ni quel bâtiment. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seul, ce qui est vraiment abusé.. Ensuite à notre départ nous tombons sur la même réceptionniste qui nous demande une caution de 200 euros, bon d'accord mais à la fin du séjour je n'ai pas compris, sauf que nous avons été débité l'heure suivante. Encore une fois une erreur de sa part, normalement nous aurions pas dû être débité. Bref je conseille vivement à cet établissement de faire une mise à jour à cette employée qui n'est vraiment pas au point..
