「La atención por Wats desde el inicio de la reserva es buena pero ya cuando estás ahí la verdad es nula !!! No está mal el lugar solo que se ve abandonado, el bote de basura del baño, las manijas de la puerta del baño y la llave del lavabo están en malas condiciones, las camas muy duras nada cómodas, los controles de la TV ya tenían las pilas oxidadas, por lo que no pudimos ni prenderla no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y dormir con los ventanales abiertos no se me hace nada seguro, hay...

「Está muy lindo el lugar sólo las almohadas son muy incómodas, sugiero casa king size y un poco de mantenimiento ya q la puerta de la alberca estaba caída y la regadera con fuga 」

「Se me hizo terrible que estando a 15 minutos de llegar, me llame el administrador de la unidad para decirme que lo siente mucho y no puede recibirme porque el huésped que estaba alojado decidió prolongar su estancia y por ello, no puede recibirnos 」

「La casa muy sucia, con cucarachas muertas en varias habitaciones y también algunas vivas, el jacuzzi estaba sucio tenia agua y sucia, las paredes de los baños tenían pelos pegafos en la pared, grave riesgo de contraer una enfermedad. UN VERDADERO FRAUDE, LAS FOTOS QUE SE PRESENTAN SON BONITAS, LA RWAÑIDAD ES OTRA. Solo me quede una noche por la.suciedad de la casa, la rente por 3 noches y ESPERO MI REEMBOLSO NO RENTEN LA CASA, HOLT NO ES UNA N EMPRESA CONFIABLE」

「Beautiful house with great spaces and natural light. Spotless and a wonderful outdoor patio. Easy to get to and a short drive to all of the action downtown but also close to vineyards and local spots. Can’t beat the price. 」

「The property is on Calle Relox which close to Cathedrals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping...the location is definitely 👍. In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice. The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. 」

This is a beautiful, well appointed property, but that didn't make up for pests in the kitchen and the lack of response when I messaged the property manager about the issue. I made a point of reserving a place with a kitchen to cook for myself and I did not feel comfortable using the kitchen at all. 」
