You will have a key to your room, but to gain access to the compound you will need to ring the doorbell each time you come and go. My Spanish is limited, but I knew I had to pay cash upon arrival. The grounds are beautiful, lovely pool surrounded by lush local gardens and indigenous pottery. Our cottage was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. We had a fabulous 5 nights, thanks to Karla's hospitality, lovely weather and the Pacific Ocean just across the road. "
